Hi Melissa, sorry for the delay. Sometimes our system has trouble uploading 4k video quality, so we recommend going to the settings in your phone, clicking on the camera tab, and changing your recording settings to 1080HD instead of 4k. It’s still very clear quality and much faster to upload with less chance of technical errors.
