Thanks for the tips! I am getting my elbow to my hips, I just feel top heavy and at a downwards diagonal. I’ve posted a video to show what I mean (my head is down admittedly!). I’ve given that pose a break for now as the bruising on my arm is making it a bit ouchie to train, but on the plus side my neck hang is doing great!
