That’s so weird, I have no idea how it could have gotten set to hidden, it definitely wasn’t on purpose. Good to know I’m not shouting into the void if it ever happens again though.
I was able to work on it again yesterday and try out your advice. I still needed a little adjustment but it’s definitely improving! Plus I was having a good hip day so I was finally able to turn into the vertical split.
