So this might just be me, but in some parts with the belay, I feel panicky because I can’t breathe. This happens when it’s around my rib cage- so from about after the Salto on. I assume I need to actively think about expanding my torso and pressing out at these times. I also frequently experience this in rib squeezing wraps, So I am prepared to deal with it. I am just wondering if you have any other tips/ suggestions, or if anyone else is having a similar experience. Thanks in advance!
