Knee drop

Hi! Since I don’t know lots of drops I’ve tried this knee drop which looked fun. I have to improve the first part and try to tie my knee with both hands. Is it normal to go so down in this drop? I must go high if I want to be safe. Also, where should I position my hands? During a drop I’ve hit my left hand and lost grip, maybe it was too close to the knee?

Looks good Laura! Yep hands look good, just hold a little bit lower on the tail so your hands arn’t too close the knee wrap and pull so there is some tension. It does lose height for sure so yes go high to be safe. 🙂
